The STAHLWERK Plasma Cutter CUT 80 P Digital is a powerful and compact cutting inverter for precise cutting of electrically conductive metals. The continuously adjustable cutting current from 30 to 80 A covers a wide range of applications – from thin sheets to solid structural steel plates. The HF pilot ignition ensures comfortable, contactless ignition of the plasma arc; alternatively, contact start is available. Depending on the material, cuts up to 25 mm in structural steel (ST37), 10-15 mm in stainless steel (V2A/V4A), and 8 mm in aluminum are possible. Even painted and slightly rusted workpieces can be processed cleanly and efficiently. The integrated smart cooling, overheating protection, and IP21S protection class ensure reliable and continuous operation.
