The STAHLWERK MIG/MAG-160 M is a compact, versatile inverter for anyone looking for a lightweight yet full-featured wire welding machine with additional functions. Weighing only 6.8 kg and with a welding current range of 20-160 A, the device covers MIG/MAG inert gas welding, FLUX flux-cored wire welding, MMA/stick, and DC-Lift-TIG – all from a standard 230 V power outlet. Modern IGBT technology ensures a stable arc, high efficiency, and robust performance in daily use. In MIG/MAG and FLUX modes, the MIG/MAG-160 M processes wires in common diameters of 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm, as well as 0.9 mm (flux-cored wire). D200 wire spools with a 50 mm core are loaded directly into the device; the wire is automatically fed through the hose package to the torch.
